With a portfolio exceeding 200+ properties, Residential Block Management Services Ltd is expanding fast and continuing to add properties to their already extensive portfolio. Our success is directly attributed to the Directors' combined 40+ years of experience as Managing Agents coupled with an exceptionally professional yet caring approach to both Leaseholders and Freeholders alike.

Residential Block Management Services Ltd. are member's of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents).

RBMS operates an out of hours emergency line to all residents. Upon joining the RBMS Emergency Line, our property owners will enjoy peace of mind in knowing that at anytime out of office hours, 365 days a year, they will have access to a dedicated professional team who will provide emergency assistance when it is needed most. The scheme has been designed in collaboration with our industry's governing body, ARMA and we are working alongside Cunningham Lindsey who are a nationally recognised firm of loss adjusters.
